1: being able to decipher illegible scrawls
I don't think I've ever recieved prescriptions as badly written as those, but some have come close.

Welcome back UKP, I had begun to think that you'd bailed out and obtained a post in a different profession.

Any news from the Nursing Home?
I would have expected caring professionals to have responded by now. I trust that you continue to breathe normally rather than hold your breath in eager anticipation.
I will not agree on it. I think polite post. Particularly the title attracted me to read the intact story.
